As a Person-centred counsellor I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental way. I work with you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
My values and approach are holistic and anti oppressive. I am committed to: antiracism; gender, sexuality and relationship diversity (GSRD); and disability rights. I work in a neurodiversity affirming way.

Clinical Supervision
I am a qualified, experienced Supervisor and provide individual and group supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists and other professionals.
I draw on my own experience of counselling within private practice and organisations to support a wide range of supervisees, from trainee to seasoned practitioner. I have experience supervising neurodivergent therapists and/or those working with neurodivergent clients.
Not all helping roles or professions come with a requirement for Clinical Supervision but I have found that those who work with or care for others, benefit hugely from a space to safely and confidentially explore their work and the impact it has on them.
